Full job description

The role is to resource high quality candidates for roles as well as upholding our compliance standards ready for next year’s Audit, weekly payroll, writing adverts for candidate attraction as well as creating candidate profiles.

· Be able to manage and prioritise workloads.

· Be self-motivated with a resilient mind set to use initiative and problem solve

· Have a proactive and hard-working ethic

· Be able to filter and find suitable candidates for job roles with continued experience

· Adopting Supply Heroes culture and be a team player working with our compliance and payroll teams, marketing and other consultants in the office.

· Bring new ideas to the team and contribute to weekly meetings

· Excellent customer service skills; both verbal and written and have the confidence to speak to candidates and schools in and out of the office

· Be able to navigate around Software; Matchmaker, Word, Excel and relevant websites (DBS, DfE, CV library, Indeed, Company website, Identity document validation technology, Training Provider Platforms, Payroll Platforms and others)

· Liaise with Directors on job opportunities and resource new talent for job opportunities on a daily and long-term basis

· Short listing candidates for roles that come in

· Add candidates to CRM, book Registrations and occasionally complete interviews in person or on Teams when Directors are not available.

· Manage a healthy pipeline of candidates coming for a constant demand of jobs

· Formatting profiles/CVs and advertise candidates to schools through our CRM on a daily basis

· Add new roles to the website and CV Library, Indeed on a weekly basis

· Candidate Generation by the promotion of referrals, adverts and the existing data base

· Adding daily bookings to the CRM and emailing booking confirmations as well as updating candidate absences

· Amending bookings in line with timesheet confirmations to ensure a smooth running of payroll each week

· To support with potential candidate pay queries each week and to help solve any issues with this

· Liaise with the compliance team on what’s needed for candidates and to support with the chasing of documents and compliance tasks involved with onboarding candidates

· Sending schools vetting forms prior to the candidate arriving during the busy hours of the day 7:30 – 9am and 3:30pm -4:30pm

· Management of bookings on a weekly and termly basis

· Supporting Directors with filling cover during the busy mornings and afternoons

· Requesting approval of timesheets at the end of the week

To make it your mission to provide candidates with excellent care and guidance through the registration process as well as empathy and

· Keeping the database (CRM and share point) up to date

· Staying ahead of legislation in the Education Recruitment Sector.

· Undertake training for Safeguarding, GDPR, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity and more

· To support with other general administrative duties

Ø Start Date: September 2026 or sooner for the right person

Ø Contract: Full-time temporary to permanent on successful completion of probation

Ø Hours of Work Term time 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour break)

Ø Hours of Work reduced in school Holidays 9am to 3pm

Ø Ground level Office in Jewellery Quarter

Ø Local parking and the possibility of a secure car park on a reduced cost depending on availability

Ø Holidays; 35 Days Holiday per year

Ø Progression: Senior Resourcer, and Trainee Consultant (other potential roles as the business continues to grow)

Ø Termly Team events and in-house competitions

Ø Supply Heroes Socials; Opportunity to play sport, end of term drinks

Ø Commission

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
