Full job description

Overview

As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. You will manage office administration, coordinate schedules, support customer enquiries, and work closely with management and our removals crews to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other documentation.
Schedule removals, allocate jobs, and maintain staff and vehicle diaries.
Liaise with customers before, during, and after their move.
Maintain accurate records using company systems.
Support payroll administration and supplier invoicing.
Monitor office supplies and manage stock levels.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Directors and Operations Manager.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in an Office Manager or Office Administrator Role
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

Desirable:

Experience within the removals, logistics, transport, or storage industry.
Basic bookkeeping or payroll knowledge.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 08:00-12:00
Occasional Saturday work during busy periods
