Tenders Coordinator – (Job Ref: 26N/TNDC)

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Tenders Coordinator within our Tenders team.

Location : Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts : 8.15am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on a Friday

What does the Tenders Coordinator role involve?

The role of Tenders Coordinator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities. This will include:

Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.
Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.
Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.
Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.
Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.

Who can apply?

Essential criteria:

Qualified to at least A-Level standard.
Computer literate with all Microsoft packages.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Keen to acquire and develop new knowledge and skills.
Strong business acumen.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of the tender process.

Desirable:

Qualified to degree level.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Experience using tender portals.
Previous experience in an administration role.
