New Business Development Manager
Milton Keynes (Hybrid) | Comms365, part of the Wireless Logic Group

About Comms365

Comms365 is a UK-based provider of resilient, always-on business connectivity — 4G/5G, fixed-line, bonded Internet, SD-WAN, and network security — for organisations that simply can't afford downtime. Founded in 2008, we own and manage our own Cisco-based core network, and count Moonpig, BT, and The Entertainer among our customers.

The Role:

We're looking for a New Business Development Manager to drive growth by winning new logo customers in our target markets. You'll build a sustainable pipeline across our core cellular and satellite connectivity solutions — working campaign follow-ups and SDR-generated leads, proactively targeting accounts that match our ideal customer profile, and getting out to industry and networking events.

You'll own a sales target aligned to the business's annual budget and growth plans, working from our Milton Keynes office with regular prospect/customer meetings, events, and some remote flexibility.

What You'll Do:

Identify and engage target clients matching our ICP; qualify opportunities, build win plans, and close new business
Develop account plans for high-potential customers, building relationships that unlock further business
Keep ConnectWise, HubSpot, and other systems updated in real time with pipeline, account, and campaign data
Work to KPIs that support delivery of your sales target
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Ops to align acquisition efforts
Maintain sharp, current knowledge of Comms365's services, value proposition, and wider industry trends
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology to spot new opportunities
Represent Comms365 as a brand ambassador — internally, externally, and online

What You'll Bring

3+ years' continuous experience in a new business role within telecoms
Formal sales training (e.g. account planning, qualification, presentation skills)
Familiarity with structured sales qualification methodologies
Strong grasp of the telecoms and IoT landscape — market dynamics, key players, emerging tech
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A proven track record of hitting new business targets in telecoms
Confidence with CRM software (ideally ConnectWise) and Microsoft Office
An active, well-used LinkedIn presence for pipeline generation
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and problem-solving instincts
