We're looking for a Payroll and People Manager to join the team. We currently operate 7 restaurants,with 4-6 new openings planned over the next 12 months,including 2 new concepts. This role is essential to the smooth running of our People function,making sure our teams are paid correctly and on time,every time.

Payroll and People Manager Requirements

Payroll:owning end-to-end payroll processing across fortnightly and monthly pay runs,including Tronc,statutory payments and HMRC compliance
Rotas and reporting:working with Operations on weekly rotas,providing payroll cost analysis and reporting to the Financial Controller
HR administration and compliance:maintaining accurate employee records,issuing contracts and offer letters,and supporting right to work compliance
Audit and compliance:reconciling payroll and PAYE balance sheet accounts monthly,and keeping on top of changes to payroll and tax law
People team support:acting as a key user of our HR system and a go to point of contact for payroll and HR queries
