Job Summary:
As a Fashion Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand on the shop floor, providing a personalised and professional service to our clientele. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and building strong customer relationships, all while showcasing an in-depth knowledge of designer menswear and the latest fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience from start to finish
Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets
Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
Provide expert styling advice and showcase deep product knowledge
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation
Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, designers, and product ranges
Process transactions accurately and handle customer enquiries with professionalism
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily operational tasks
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and dynamic retail environment

Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally in menswear
Strong sales skills with a customer-first mindset
