Full job description

Role – Senior Associate Consultant
Technology – Infrastructure Engineer – Active Directory, Citrix & VMware
Location- Warwick, UK

Role Summary
Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory environments, including GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OU administration, identity management, and access controls.
Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
Administer VMware virtualization platforms including ESXi, vCenter, clustering, HA, and DR solutions.
Perform infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
Execute system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities.
Support infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with Network, Security, Storage, Backup, and Cloud teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
