Resolian is seeking an accomplished scientific leader (Sector Manager) to join our Immunoassay Bioanalysis function in the UK. This is a senior role for an individual with deep scientific expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people and services at the forefront of the industry.
Working closely with the Operations Director, Business Development, and the wider senior leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth of the function while embedding our people‑centred culture.

You will have full accountability for quality, delivery, resources, and commercial performance, while acting as a visible leader internally and externally.
