Are you ready to take revenue strategy to the next level?

As a Portfolio Revenue Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels.
In this high-impact role, you won’t just shape pricing and inventory strategies - you’ll influence key business decisions, partner with senior stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to optimize revenue across multiple markets. Your Day-to-Day

Lead revenue strategy for a portfolio of IHG hotels, running regular revenue generation calls with hotel teams.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to shape revenue and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with IHG Revenue Services Team and wider Revenue Management Community, to share best practices and drive performance improvements.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
Role model IHG’s core behaviours: Move Fast, Think Return, Talk Straight, Build One Team.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in revenue management with expertise across multiple disciplines, systems, and processes - ideally within the hotel industry or a similar commercial environment.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategy, yield optimization, and selling techniques.
Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, with the ability to align strategies to IHG’s broader goals.
