What We're Looking For

Essential

A degree (or expected degree) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Science, Biology, or another related scientific discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning both technical and commercial aspects of the business.

A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

A willingness to travel extensively across the South of England, including overnight stays.

A valid UK driving license
Desirable

Industrial placement, internship, or work experience in a technical, engineering, environmental, or customer-facing role.

Knowledge of water treatment, environmental services, or wastewater processes.

Leadership experience gained through university projects, societies, sports teams, or volunteering activities.
