The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where babies and young children can learn, develop and flourish.

You'll be responsible for:

Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
Planning engaging activities and experiences
Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Completing observations and supporting learning journeys
Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Promoting safeguarding and child welfare at all times

What We're Looking For

Essential

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS Framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children's development

We'd Particularly Love to Hear From You If You Have:

Experience working with children under 3 years old
Experience in a Baby Room, Pre-Toddler or Toddler Room
Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or Early Years Educator
A child-centred approach and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences
