Administrator

Stoneglow Candles is a leading UK Candle and Home Fragrance manufacturer based in Romford, Essex. We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team in Romford.

Are you an organized individual with good communication skills and attention to detail? You will need to be able to work within a team whilst also being self-motivated. You will need a basic knowledge of computer skills for this role.

Duties

· Reading and understanding safety data sheets.

· Extracting data from the safety data sheets and organizing the information into a label format using Bartender computer software.

· Printing labels using specialized printer.

· Maintaining accurate stock counts for all labels.

· Prioritizing work load using a production plan.

Required experience and skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic I.T skills and the ability to learn bespoke I.T systems quickly
Excellent attention to detail
Efficiency and ability to work in a fast-passed environment
Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
Microsoft Word: 1 years (Required)
Microsoft Excel: 1 years (Required)
Intermediate experience in: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point (desirable)
Are willing to take initiative and solve problems
Strong critical thinking skills
Willingness to learn new skills and methods

Working hours:

Low season: Monday to Friday shifts - 8am to 5pm

High season: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays 7am to 1pm)

Salary: £12.71 per hour
