So we're looking for an ambitious Trainee Digital Transformation Consultant to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants more than a traditional accountancy, administration, or support role. You'll work directly alongside experienced consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to digital transformation projects that are changing how businesses operate.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Digital Transformation team, you'll support clients across a variety of industries by helping them embrace new technologies and modern ways of working.
You'll learn how to:
· Analyse how businesses currently operate
· Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
· Map business processes and workflows
· Recommend and implement leading cloud software solutions
· Configure automation tools and AI-powered workflows
· Deliver software onboarding and user training
· Support digital transformation projects from discovery through to go-live
· Help clients successfully adopt new systems and ways of working
And you'll gain exposure to technologies such as:
· AI-powered business tools
· Cloud accounting ecosystems
· CRM platforms
· Automation platforms
· Workflow management systems

Who We're Looking For
You may currently be:
· Working in an accountancy practice
· Supporting business software systems
· Studying AAT, ACCA or similar qualifications
· In a finance, operations or administration role
· A newly qualified apprentice looking for a technology-focused career path
· A recent graduate with a passion for technology and business
Most importantly, you're someone who:
· Loves learning new systems and technology
· Is naturally curious about how businesses work
· Enjoys problem-solving
· Communicates confidently with people
· Is organised and proactive
· Wants to build a career in consulting and transformation
· Is excited about AI and automation
Previous experience with cloud accounting software, CRM systems, SaaS applications or automation tools is advantageous but not essential.
