About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team as an Electro Mechanical Assembler (EMA). In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing a range of electronic and mechanical assemblies for Domino products, ensuring all work meets company quality standards and production timelines.
You’ll contribute to delivering high-quality components and a proactive service that supports both internal and external customer needs, helping maintain excellent quality and service levels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and progress within a supportive and growing organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Manufacture a variety of electro-mechanical assemblies in line with detailed engineering drawings and company work instructions, using a range of bonding and fixing techniques such as epoxy resins, mechanical fasteners (screws, nuts, bolts), and basic machining processes including drilling.
Ensure all assemblies are completed to the required quality standards, within agreed production timescales, and in compliance with company procedures.
Assist with the build and development of prototype units, working closely with engineering teams to support product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out initial inspection and basic testing of piece parts and sub-assemblies used in production, ensuring any faults or deviations are identified and escalated appropriately.
Follow established inventory control and stock replenishment processes, helping to ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.
Maintain strict adherence to ISO standards, quality control processes, and health and safety regulations at all times.
