This role will provide the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders across our firm. You’ll use and learn traditional and innovative tools and techniques to demonstrate how our team can enable positive transformation across our business. We believe it is not a necessity to already have experience in professional services and believe that the more diverse industry experience you bring to the team, the better.
Your role as a Business Analyst (BA) is to help stakeholders understand business problems, user needs and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that change initiatives deliver valuable outcomes. You’ll do this by proactively understanding our business, eliciting requirements and continually looking for ways to improve the user experience. Specific responsibilities include:
-
Investigating business problems and opportunities by considering people, processes, information, data and technology.

Planning and undertaking proportionate business analysis activities, with support available according to the complexity of the work and your level of experience.
-
Work with stakeholders to define desired outcomes, success measures and expected benefits, helping to ensure that proposed solutions deliver measurable value.

-
Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture in which different perspectives are welcomed, and colleagues are recognised for their contribution.
-
Modelling current- and future-state processes, user journeys, business rules, information flows and interactions.
-
Translating needs into clear analysis outputs, which may include requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, use cases and options assessments.
-
Supporting solution design, delivery, testing and business acceptance by clarifying requirements and assessing proposed solutions against agreed needs.
-
Working with Programme and Project Managers to deliver activities in a timely fashion, ensuring optimal quality and a focus on user experience.
-
Collaborating across geographies and cultures to build relationships and ensure diverse perspectives contribute to solutions.
-
Identify assumptions, risks, constraints, dependencies and potential impacts associated with proposed business changes.
-
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and to developing business analysis capability over time and support us to drive continuous improvement of ways of working within the team.
