Working alongside the LEGO Team Manager, you will help manage the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring that both our people and our equipment are performing effectively. You will be involved across the full WeBuyBricks operation, from checking incoming LEGO stock through to AI-assisted sorting, listing products for sale, quality control and ensuring orders and stock are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will ideally have experience in a supervisory, team leader or management role within a warehouse, manufacturing, production, engineering or similarly operational environment.
You should also be comfortable working with technology and machinery. You do not necessarily need to be an engineer, but you should be the type of person who is confident investigating why something isn't working, systematically fault finding and, where possible, getting it running again.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
- Experience working in a warehouse, production, manufacturing or automated environment.
- Good practical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating, maintaining or troubleshooting machinery, conveyor systems or automated equipment.

- The ability to remain calm and methodical when dealing with operational or technical problems.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- The ability to balance people management, productivity, quality and technical responsibilities.
