What You’ll Do
✔ Lead projects from concept to completion
✔ Manage client relationships — you’ll be the key point of contact
✔ Coordinate consultants and steer delivery
✔ Drive creative, technically sound design
✔ Contribute to strategy and business growth
You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining real responsibility and the autonomy to make a difference.
Generally 4 days office, 1 day remote
Who You Are
✔ ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years’ UK experience
✔ Confident leading projects and presenting to clients
✔ Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spark
✔ Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regs
✔ AutoCAD & Revit/BIM proficient (or willing to upskill — we’ll support you)
✔ Positive, proactive, and ready to shape your future

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
