Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Chinese-speaking) Doctor to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to diverse patient populations, ensuring high-quality treatment and compassionate support. Your expertise will help bridge language barriers, facilitate effective communication, and promote positive health outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment, working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

Duties

Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnose a wide range of health conditions in Chinese-speaking patients
Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication administration and follow-up care
Assist in clinical research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and healthcare practices
Provide specialized care in ICU settings, hospice environments, nursing homes, and home care situations
Utilize medical imaging techniques to support accurate diagnoses and treatment strategies
Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring clear documentation of symptoms, treatments, and progress
Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive measures, and medication use in their preferred language

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine
Fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with patients and team members
Proven experience in clinical research or public health initiatives is highly desirable
Hands-on ICU experience or familiarity with critical care procedures preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration protocols, and patient care standards
Experience working in nursing homes, senior care facilities, hospice settings or providing home care services is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patient populations
