We're searching for a Riyadh-based HR & Admin Officer to join our MEA team, so that we can ensure the smooth running of office operations and the accurate execution of HR administration. This role is primarily administrative and operational in nature. The HR & Admin Officer will ensure the HR system accurately reflects the current status of employees, act as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries, and work closely with the Senior People Partner to deliver day-to-day HR administrative support and office coordination.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Provide administrative support to the MEA General Manager in order to ensure an efficient, safe, and secure running of the Riyadh office, including travel bookings, post handling, office logistics, and facilities coordination.
- Provide HR administrative support in close partnership with the Senior People Partner and Global HR team, assisting with recruitment administration, reference checks, and the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage HR-related government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and COC in order to support onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and accurate local documentation.
- Collate, manage, and archive key data for clients and projects, maintain databases and diary management, and assist in organising company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing, exit interviews, metrics reporting, and training coordination in order to support smooth day-to-day HR operations.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or human resources or equivalent, with 2–3 years' experience in an HR & Admin role and exposure to local labour law processes.
- Proven success in handling sensitive information confidentially, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
- In-depth knowledge on how to use government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce systems, GOSI, and Baladi, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook). Experience with HRMS administration is an advantage.
- Ability to commute to our Riyadh office on a hybrid basis.
- Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare through strong administrative and people-focused support, with fluent Arabic and English language proficiency.
- A knack for working collaboratively across multiple departments and teams, being good with people and demonstrating a willingness to help.
