At Bidfood, one of the UK's leading foodservice wholesalers, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our friendly and successful Sales Centre team in Lee Mill.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales, telesales, customer service or account management experience who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and helping customers grow their business.

What you'll be doing
As a Sales Executive, you'll manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers over the phone and through digital channels.
You'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers make the most of our products while identifying opportunities to increase sales and add value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their business needs
- Growing sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Taking customer orders and recommending products that drive value
- Identifying trends and buying patterns to maximise sales opportunities
- Supporting customers with our digital ordering platforms
- Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Working towards sales targets and earning monthly incentives
- We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- A positive, target-driven mindset
- The ability to identify opportunities and influence purchasing decisions
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
