Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar and Event Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality environment. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily bar operations and coordinate a variety of events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from start to finish. Your leadership will drive sales through upselling strategies, manage staff schedules, and uphold the highest standards of service in a fast-paced setting. Duties

Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services and foster a positive team environment
Coordinate and execute a diverse range of events, from private parties to corporate functions, ensuring seamless execution
Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction
Oversee guest interactions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure memorable experiences for all visitors
Maintain organizational efficiency by managing schedules, supplies, and event logistics effectively
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming events and special offerings

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management with a strong background in bar service and event coordination
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests and lead a team confidently
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective time management abilities
Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services best practices, and health regulations
Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales and revenue streams
Experience in fundraising or community engagement is a plus but not required
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism
