Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) in Global KYC Operations is responsible for performing KYC on clients of Deutsche Bank Group and Affiliates across Corporate Investment Banking. As the FCRC Regulatory & KYC Policy SME within FCRC Policy and Regulations; you will be providing expert knowledge & support to the Financial Crime Review Teams all global QA leads and analysts for KYC and Financial Crime Risk policy requirements.

Your key responsibilities
Provide direction & guidance to all QA team members on policy and regulatory change
Build relationships and foster an environment of support with all critical stakeholders
Produce high-quality reports to succinctly and accurately convey key messages to internal/external audiences
Ensuring all QA processes are in-line with current policy, KOS and regulatory requirements
Support all change across the organisation; with a particular focus on KYC policy, KOS and regulatory change
Your skills and experience
An expert level of understanding on KYC and Financial Crime matters with experience of dealing with multiple work streams in a critical regulatory interacting role
Have the ability to read, interpret and analyse critical KOS, Policy and regulatory text; with the skillset to understand and propose solutions to critical team members
Work with stakeholders to quickly identify key information and determine how critical points need to be handled. You adjust your approach when dealing with senior managers who may have less time than anticipated to address your ask.
You are naturally organised, self-driven, and will ensure both you and your stakeholders are always kept aware. Prioritise and manage your own time, work with a sense of urgency, but flexible when required.
Familiarity with Financial Crime Risk, Quality Assurance and/or Trade Monitoring useful, but not essential.
