Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, C++, Android, iOS codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience in Machine Learning.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience in Big Data.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the app ecosystem: how apps are developed, how app developers make money, and what the future holds with thousands of new vibe-coded apps being launched every day.
Investigate innovative technical solutions to these challenges, especially bringing Google's AI out of the lab and into real apps with billions in annual business at stake. This work can involve anything from big data pipelines to meticulous pixel-level analysis of apps, and comprehensive thinking from back-end to front-end to make everything work smoothly together.
Design, build, roll out, and monitor systems that implement these solutions.
Work with a great engineering team alongside partners from UX, Product, Sales and more, to keep Google AdMob as a trusted partner for many existing and future apps.
