As our lending portfolio continues to grow, we are investing in the systems and technology that underpin our operations. We are now seeking a CiviCRM System Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing one of our most important business platforms.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced systems support professional to become the internal subject matter expert for our CiviCRM & Civi Loan Management platform.
Working closely with teams across Finance, Investments, Operations, Risk, MI and regional business units, you will provide day-to-day system support, improve user experience, maintain data quality and help deliver system enhancements that support business growth and efficiency.
The role offers a unique blend of application support, business analysis, user engagement, data management and project delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
System Support & Administration

Act as the first point of contact for CiviCRM system queries and support requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating where required.
- Manage user access, permissions and security settings.
- Coordinate system upgrades, releases and enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and user guidance materials.
Business Support

Provide support and training to users across the business.
- Help teams maximise the effectiveness of system workflows and processes.
- Support reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
Data Quality & Reporting

Monitor and improve data quality across the platform.
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
- Assist with financial, operational and management reporting requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Projects

Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work with software developers and third-party suppliers to deliver improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and greater operational efficiency.
- Support system development projects and change initiatives across the organisation.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused systems professional who enjoys solving problems and helping users get the most from technology.
You will have:

At least three years' experience supporting a business-critical application.
- Experience supporting CRM, with lending, financial services, loan management or portfolio management systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience investigating system and data issues.
- Experience producing reports and analysing data.
- Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating UAT.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Desirable Experience

Experience supporting CiviCRM.
- Experience within lending, alternative finance, banking, fund management or regulated financial services.
- Power BI reporting experience.
- Knowledge of SQL or database query tools.
- Business analysis or project delivery experience.
