Full job description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a part time dental receptionist to join our friendly team, working at our Rugby practice. We are a very modern, specialist NHS/Private dental practice and are recruiting for a dental receptionist with the following qualities:

Motivated and positive individual who enjoys working as part of a team
Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
Computer literate, efficient, organised
Able to provide excellent customer care
Excellent communication skills

Duties will include

Dealing with patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answering the telephone
Dealing with emails
Cash handling
Scheduling appointments
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Processing referrals
Administrative tasks

Some reception experience would be beneficial but not required as full training will be given.

Monday 9am – 6pm

Wednesday 9am-6pm
