Contract: Fixed-Term / Interim
About FAT Karting League:
FAT Karting League is a high-performance motorsport business built around competition, precision, and experience. We deliver organised racing environments where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success - on and off the track.
As a growing organisation, we’re building more than just a karting league. With plans to expand into other areas of motorsport, we’re creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the business and develop their careers as we scale. We’re looking for driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic settings, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by responsibility, progression, and being part of something that’s moving forward.

You’ll work closely with our commercial and operational teams to deliver campaigns that support customer acquisition, conversion, occupancy and revenue.
We need someone who can get up to speed quickly, take ownership and personally deliver campaigns rather than simply coordinate others. You’ll be comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities and making decisions based on performance data and commercial priorities.
You’ll also play an important role in maintaining momentum and continuity through a period of transition within the marketing team.

- Execute campaigns designed to attract new participants and increase conversion.
- Manage and optimise paid media activity directly and alongside agency partners where appropriate.
- Optimise campaigns against CPA, conversion, occupancy and revenue targets.
- Deliver lead-generation and conversion activity.
- Test new channels, offers, audiences and messaging.
- Act quickly on underperformance and changing commercial priorities.
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign and commercial performance regularly.
- Analyse results and identify practical opportunities to improve performance.
- Use data to make rapid decisions around spend, targeting, messaging and activity.
- Produce concise performance reporting with clear actions and recommendations.
- Run post-campaign reviews and apply learnings to future activity.
- Build a culture of continuous testing and improvement.
Project Management
- Keep multiple campaigns and priorities moving simultaneously.
- Maintain a clear campaign calendar, owners, dependencies and deadlines.
- Coordinate internal teams, agencies and creative partners.
- Ensure stakeholders remain informed and deadlines are consistently met.
Customer Insight
- Develop an understanding of customer behaviour, motivations and barriers to purchase.
- Use customer insight to improve targeting, messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Support customer segmentation and research activity where relevant.
- Turn insight into practical changes to campaigns and customer communications.

You’ll ideally have:

- Demonstrable hands-on experience across digital marketing, paid media and CRM.
- Strong campaign and project management skills.
- The ability to personally execute activity rather than relying entirely on agencies.
