The Salvation Army is looking for a talented and motivated Junior IT Collaboration Analyst to join our IT department in a hands-on technical support role.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the collaboration tools that help our colleagues stay connected and work effectively across the organisation. You will provide technical support for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, telephony services, mobile devices and calling plans, as well as the supporting infrastructure behind these systems.
As collaboration technologies continue to develop and converge, you will play an active role in supporting and improving the tools used by staff across The Salvation Army. You will also contribute to a range of IT projects, helping investigate, test and introduce new products and services.
Our IT department supports around 7,000 users across 900 locations, delivering a wide-reaching IT infrastructure and a range of essential business systems. In this role, you will work with people at all levels of the organisation, helping ensure colleagues can make the best use of our IT systems and services.
We are looking for someone with practical experience of Microsoft Teams and collaboration technologies, along with a good understanding of IT service management principles. You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience, and you will hold at least an ITIL Foundation qualification.
