This is weekend-only position, so availability for both Saturday and Sunday daytime please.
Duties
- Assist with food preparation by chopping, peeling, measuring ingredients, and organizing supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook various dishes following established recipes and standards to deliver high-quality meals consistently
- Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and presentation to enhance visual appeal and customer satisfaction
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols, proper storage practices, and cleanliness routines
- Help with dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and kitchen sanitation to uphold a safe and tidy workspace
- Serve food efficiently during service hours, ensuring timely delivery and proper portioning
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for cooking is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
