Games Workshop is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst on an 18-month contract.
Ideally, you will be an experienced business analyst with a background in product compliance, manufacturing, or buying. A team player, you’ll understand the value of collaboration, as you’ll be working across internal teams in order to align technology solutions with business processes, both existing and new. You’ll combine your enhanced interpersonal skills with the ability to understand complex business processes, working across multiple areas of Games Workshop.
With strong instincts of what needs to be achieved, you’ll translate complex business requirements into detailed system requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of a global change project.
This role requires excellent working relationships, strong critical thinking and decision making as you’ll work with project teams to assess change readiness. Being knowledgeable in your field and confident in dealing with a wide range of people, you’ll have experience working with third parties to run vendor tendering and assessment processes.
We’re looking for someone who can define and apply appropriate business analysis tools, methodologies and techniques to facilitate requirements gathering across a global project. It would be beneficial if you have experience of Master Data Management, Product Information Management or Product Lifecycle Management. If you can assess and mitigate technological and organisational risks, and can translate business needs into effective delivery outcomes within the context of an evolving business, this could be the position for you!
