Description

Are you organised, detail-focused and keen to build your property law career in a nationally recognised social housing team?

You will support Legal Advisors on development acquisitions and asset management matters, managing pre and post-completion processes and due diligence. Join a collaborative development team delivering socially impactful work using innovative real estate technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage transaction timelines
Support due diligence and property enquiries
Complete Land Registry submissions and searches
Draft standard correspondence and file documents
Assist on asset management matters

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Confident using new technology and AI tools
Professional and client-focused approach
Committed to confidentiality and high standards
