What Makes Our Process Different?

What Will Your Day Look Like?
This role is based at our Congleton manufacturing facility, where you'll work closely with experienced engineers and production teams to develop your skills and knowledge.
Your role will include:

Working with ICT, Flying Probe, Functional Test, Boundary Scan and automated test systems

Supporting Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives

Analysing test data and driving improved product quality

Debugging and resolving complex product and process issues

Contributing to new product introduction (NPI) and industrialisation

Supporting automation and digitalisation of test platforms

Working cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and quality teams

Driving continuous improvement in yield, reliability, and performance
What We’re Looking For

A recent degree (BEng, BSc, MEng or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.

An interest in industrial electronics, power electronics, or automation technologies.

Passion for innovation, digitalisation, and solving real-world engineering challenges.

Confident communicating ideas clearly and collaborating with others

A natural problem-solver with strong analytical thinking

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges..

Familiarity with programming, test scripting, or automation tools (e.g. C/C++, Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW) is a plus but not essential

Previous engineering experience through internships, placements, projects, or extracurricular activities would be advantageous
