About the Role: Düsseldorf is known for its sense of style, and at DingD Digital Solutions, we apply that same standard to digital products. We build enterprise-grade software that looks and feels like a consumer app. We believe that B2B software doesn't have to be boring. We are looking for a Contracts Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our design language. You aren't just pushing pixels; you are defining the User Experience strategy. You will lead a small, talented team of designers, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and elegant, intuitive interfaces. You are the advocate for the user in a room full of developers and stakeholders. Why Work With Us? The Environment: Our office is located near the vibrant Media Harbour. You will have a seat at the decision-making table from Day 1. Modern Stack: We work exclusively in Figma. Our dev team uses React/Vue, so we speak the component language. Growth: You will have a budget for conferences (e.g., SmashingConf, UX London) to keep your skills sharp. Key Responsibilities: Design System Ownership: Maintain and evolve our component library. Ensure consistency across all our digital touchpoints. End-to-End Design: Lead the process from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff. Team Leadership: Mentor Junior and Mid-level designers. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback that elevates the team's output. User Research: Don't just guess. Validate your assumptions with user testing and data analysis before we write a single line of code. Stakeholder Management: Present your design rationale to clients and internal management. You can explain why a button should be there, not just that it looks good. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 6+ years in Product Design (UX/UI), with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Portfolio: A strong portfolio is non-negotiable. We want to see case studies, not just Dribbble shots. Show us the problem, the process, and the solution. Tooling: You are a Figma power user (Auto Layout, Variables, Prototyping). Language Skills: German (C1/Native) is required for client workshops. English (B2/C1) is the standard for our tech documentation. Mindset: You are pragmatic. You know when to push for perfection and when to ship an MVP. follow this format but not the content
