What You’ll Be Doing

This is an exciting, fast-paced outbound B2B sales role where you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base for Payment Services. You’ll be the first point of contact for business-identifying opportunities, creating interest, and booking high-quality appointments for our field sales team.

Make outbound calls to new and existing business customers to uncover needs and generate sales opportunities.
Qualify prospects and book face-to-face appointments for our field representatives.
Provide clear, accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions to secure high-quality appointments.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Work collaboratively with our field sales team to drive results.
Ensure all activity meets GDPR, FCA, and internal quality standards.
Keep systems updated and complete reports accurately and on time.
Build excellent relationships across Clear Business and contribute to continuous improvement.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or Telesales environment (B2B experience is a bonus but not essential).
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different customers.
A proactive, resilient, and positive attitude.
Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
A desire to learn, grow and develop your sales career.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
