Job Title: Experienced Property Sales Consultant

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Competitive, with incentives and uncapped commission

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced property sales consultants with a proven track record of selling off-plan property investments in Manchester. Candidates must be based in Manchester city centre.

Key Responsibilies:

Conduct client viewings and tours for partners, overseas offices and your own clients
Handle new enquiries and progress them through to sale
Organise and participate in sales events
Work effectively as part of a team, while also being comfortable working independently
Demonstrate a strong track record in face-to-face sales roles, including taking clients on viewings
Be commercially aware and understand how different clients will benefit from our products and services
Qualify the suitability of each customer’s requirements against the features of our products
Use the CRM to record accurate client information, including personal actions and activity
Call new leads and existing database contacts to generate prospects and progress opportunities through to reservation.
Report personal sales activity and results
Use strong consultative selling skills to match customer requirements with the features of our products
Demonstrate excellent understanding of, and aptitude for, computer and software technology
Maintain superb phone and email communication
Work hard and manage time effectively
Bring a proactive and creative approach to sales
Assist with property handover and sales progression for clients
Build strong relationships with partners, referrers and clients

Requirements:

Sales experience in off-plan property and buy-to-let investment
Experience in the Manchester property market
Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
Willingness to work weekends
Must be based in Manchester city centre
Comfortable in an office-based, face-to-face sales role
Weekend work
Full driving licence
