We put the customer at the heart of everything we do. As part of our Internal Sales team, you’ll play a key role in delivering fast, friendly and knowledgeable support — helping customers with enquiries, quotes and orders across phone, email and digital channels.
You’ll work closely with External Sales and Technical colleagues, making sure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.

️ What you’ll be doing
-
Promote, sell and advise customers on suitable products and services, using commercial awareness to help the branch meet its KPIs.

Communicate confidently with new and existing customers by phone, email and face to face.

Support customers with orders and enquiries, providing clear information and excellent service.

Produce quotes, process orders and ensure accuracy throughout the customer journey.

Build strong customer relationships while showing initiative, self-motivation, teamwork and attention to detail.
What do you need to bring to Routeco?

GCSEs, or equivalent, in Maths and English.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
-
Experience in a sales or customer service environment.

Strong communication skills and confidence when assisting customers.
