About our team:
The FMCG team focuses on identifying, incubating, and scaling FMCG brands on TikTok Shop. We collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and hands-on support, ensuring the vitality and growth of TikTok Shop as a leading e-commerce marketplace.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in the delivery of key platform campaigns (e.g. Summer Sale, Payday), including working closely with Account Managers to drive seller participation and registration.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor campaign performance via internal dashboards, compile reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
- System Configuration: Support the setup and management of in-app campaign tools (e.g. vouchers, livestream features, campaign H5 pages, creator activations) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Central Campaign, Account Management) and external partners (e.g. sellers) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Process Improvement & Project Support: Contribute to workflow optimisation and documentation to improve operational efficiency and execution quality.
- Ad hoc support: Provide general support on team priorities and emerging projects as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently in your penultimate year studying Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience supporting operational initiatives or delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. pivot tables, basic data visualisation)
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks in 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing, media agencies, e-commerce, or FMCG
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and market dynamics
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus
