Senior Business Analyst MediaGenix WhatsOn 5 years

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering Analysis

oConduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements for Scheduling Rights Promo Planning and Finance workflows

oDocument current and future state processes identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Solution Design Support

oCollaborate with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into functional specifications

oValidate configurations and workflows within WhatsOn modules

Data Integration Analysis

oAnalyze data migration requirements for titles episodes rights windows and schedules

oSupport integration mapping between WhatsOn and external systems MAMVMS Playout AdSales ERP EPG

Testing Quality Assurance

oPrepare test cases coordinate SITUAT cycles with business users

oValidate functional accuracy and ensure defect resolution

Stakeholder Communication

oAct as liaison between business teams and technical teams

oProvide clear documentation status reports and impact analysis for changes

Training Change Management

oAssist in creating user guides and training materials

oSupport onboarding and adoption of new workflows

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with adjacent systems Playout MAM AdSales ERP

Knowledge of XMLJSON interfaces and API concepts

Exposure to Agile methodologies and project governance
