Company: Bobblehat Ltd
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Working pattern: Full-time
Role type: Permanent
Bobblehat Ltd is a growing commercial interior, shopfitting and in-house manufacturing business based in Barnstaple, Devon. We deliver commercial fit-out projects across the UK, working with clients from design and planning through to production, installation and completion.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production & Procurement Coordinator to support our production, project and workshop teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in commercial interiors, shopfitting, production management or project management.
The Role
The Production & Procurement Coordinator will help keep projects moving by supporting the team with production planning, supplier coordination, procurement, project administration and communication between departments.
You will work closely with our project managers, technical designers, production team, workshop and suppliers to help ensure materials, information and actions are organised, tracked and completed on time.
This is an opportunity to learn every stage of a commercial fit-out project — from technical design and procurement through to manufacturing and installation. You will work alongside experienced project managers, designers and production staff, giving you genuine opportunities to progress into Production Management or Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include:
- supporting the production and project teams with day-to-day coordination;

- attending internal project and production meetings where required;
- helping improve processes as the business continues to grow.
