We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify challenges, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Process Improvement: Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary steps, and support better business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and technical specialists. Facilitate discussions and ensure requirements are clearly understood by everyone involved.
Business Documentation: Create business requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other project documentation that supports successful delivery.
Data and Reporting: Analyse operational and business data to identify trends, support recommendations, and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Project Support: Work alongside project managers, developers, and other specialists throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
User Acceptance Testing: Help develop test scenarios, coordinate user feedback, identify issues, and confirm that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems analysis, or a related business technology role.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable breaking down complex problems, identifying root causes, evaluating options, and turning findings into practical recommendations.
Communication: You can communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences and are confident facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirements discussions.
Tools: Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business process mapping tools, project management platforms, and requirements documentation. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Business Acumen: You understand how technology, processes, people, and business objectives work together and can identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
Mindset: You are pragmatic and detail oriented. You know when a requirement needs deeper investigation and when a practical solution is ready to move forward. You take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Pay: £3,109.00-£3,944.00 per month
