Full job description

The Royal Clarence Bar is actively seeking highly motivated individuals with prior experience in the hospitality industry to join our team as Bar Staff.

We are looking for either full-time candidates or two part-time team members to join our vibrant and friendly team.

The Royal Clarence is your go-to independent pub right in the heart of Seaton, rolling out the welcome mat seven days a week! Showcasing all the major live sports action, hosting live music events and karaoke.

About the role:

Providing an excellent standard of service to the customer in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. To serve a range of refreshments and to conform to the Licensing Act 2003.

Key responsibilities include:

Open and close the bar at the specified open and closing times
Correct and safe money handling and operation of till
Stock replenishment and stock rotation
To serve and assist customers
Ensure bar is always tidy and clean
Change barrels
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work solely as well as part of a team

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable.
