Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic university or college students to join our team as Part-Time STEM, Coding & Robotics Teaching Assistants. You'll help deliver fun, hands-on STEM, coding and robotics sessions for children aged 5–16 years. No teaching experience is required, full training and lesson resources will be provided.

What You'll Do

Support instructors during STEM, coding and robotics classes.
Assist children with practical activities and projects.
Help prepare classroom equipment.
Encourage creativity, teamwork and problem-solving.
Maintain a safe, fun and positive learning environment.

We're Looking For

University or College students or recent graduates.
Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.
You enjoy working with children.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Interest in technology, computing, engineering or gaming.
Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (if required).

Desirable Interests

eSports, Scratch, Python, LEGO Robotics, Arduino, Minecraft Education, Computer Science/Gaming design etc

Job Details

Position: STEM, Coding & Robotics Teaching Assistant
Type: Part-Time (Temporary)
Vacancies: 5
Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week
Working Hours: Weekday afternoons (from 4:00 pm) and Saturdays (from 10:00 am)
Salary: Meets or exceeds the National Minimum Wage.
Location: Broughton, Milton Keynes

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
