About the Role

Aberdeen has a strong mix of creative businesses professional services and digital organisations and at Innova Medias Creative Technology UK Ltd we support projects that bring together content design marketing and digital delivery.

We are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator who can help organise project activity keep timelines on track and support communication between creative technical and client facing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised confident working across multiple priorities and comfortable keeping projects moving from initial brief through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Support the planning scheduling and delivery of digital and creative projects from initial briefing through completion.

Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules track milestones and follow up on outstanding actions to help keep work on schedule.

Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to confirm responsibilities priorities and deadlines across multiple project activities.

Client Support: Assist with client communication meeting preparation status updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Workflow Management: Help organise briefs approvals feedback and deliverables using agreed project management processes.

Quality Control: Check that project materials are complete correctly documented and ready for internal or client review.

Reporting: Maintain project trackers progress updates and supporting records and highlight risks or delays when they arise.

Continuous Improvement: Identify practical opportunities to improve project coordination communication and workflow efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination digital marketing creative production account support or a closely related environment.

Project Skills: Good understanding of timelines task tracking project documentation approvals and delivery processes.

Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage several projects deadlines and priorities at the same time.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with internal teams clients and suppliers.

Digital Awareness: Familiarity with digital content websites marketing campaigns or creative production workflows is preferred.

Problem Solving: Practical and dependable with the ability to identify issues early and help coordinate suitable solutions.

Tools: Experience with project management collaboration scheduling or content workflow platforms is preferred.

Mindset: You are organised proactive and dependable. You communicate clearly take ownership of your responsibilities and stay focused on keeping projects moving smoothly from brief to delivery.

Pay: £2,500.00-£2,900.00 per month
