About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, reliable and motivated chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

This role would suit either an experienced Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in their career, or an established Junior Sous Chef who enjoys working with fresh food in a busy hotel and restaurant environment.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across our restaurant, private dining, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
Running kitchen sections confidently and efficiently.
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Helping train and support junior members of the team.
Ensuring food is presented to a consistently high standard.
Working as part of a positive, supportive and hardworking team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
Is organised and able to work well under pressure.
Takes pride in producing consistently excellent food.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Is reliable, punctual and enjoys being part of a team.
Holds a Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
