Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated person to join our dental laboratory team.

This is a varied role combining laboratory assistance, case preparation and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and is keen to learn.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the day-to-day running of the dental laboratory
Pouring, trimming and preparing dental models
Processing and handling 3D printed models
Preparing and organising cases for production
Cleaning and packaging cases
Organising incoming cases and digital files
Keeping track of case progress and deadlines
Assisting the technicians with general laboratory tasks
Monitoring laboratory materials and stock
Supporting communication with dental practices when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Comfortable working with their hands
A good team player
Professional and confident in communicating with others
Willing to learn and develop new skills

Previous dental experience is preferred, particularly experience as a dental nurse, dental laboratory assistant or trainee dental technician, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
