About the Role

HS Soccer Camps Ltd operates within the sports coaching, youth development, football training, and activity camp sector, helping participants build confidence, improve skills, and enjoy structured sports programmes. We are seeking a Sports Programme Manager to oversee camp operations, coordinate coaching teams, and ensure programmes are delivered safely, professionally, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily sports camp operations and programme schedules
Coordinate coaches, support staff, venues, equipment, and participant activities
Ensure all sessions follow safety, safeguarding, and service quality standards
Communicate with parents, participants, schools, venues, and partner organisations
Monitor programme performance, attendance, feedback, and operational reports
Support coach training, staff scheduling, and team performance
Assist with marketing initiatives, bookings, and programme development

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in sports programme management, football coaching, youth activities, education, or leisure operations
Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
Experience managing camps, sports sessions, venues, or coaching teams is an advantage

Skills

Sports programme coordination
Team supervision and coach support
Safeguarding awareness and participant care
Venue and schedule management
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Coaching, Physical Education, Leisure Management, Business Administration, or a related field
FA coaching qualifications, safeguarding training, first aid certification, or equivalent sports certifications are an advantage

Pay: £38,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
