Full job description

Are you an experienced machine operator with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced food production environment? We are currently seeking a Line Leader – Machine Operator to oversee a production line, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production line machinery to meet daily targets
Lead and motivate a small team of line workers to achieve performance and efficiency goals
Perform start-up checksand machine set-ups, ensuring equipment is ready and safe to use
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Lease closely with QC technicians regarding customer specifications, date changes and quality issues
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety and Hygiene policies
Train new staff members on machinery operation and line processes
Report any faults, breakdowns, or production issues promptly
