Hotel Overview
Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa is a beautiful 19th century manor house wedding & spa venue set amongst 6 acres of formal award-winning gardens, surrounded by 29 acres of parkland. With 74 well-appointed bedrooms, spa and beauty treatment facilities and excellent dining arrangements. The Garden Secret Spa is a 5-star bubbled rated spa, boasting 7 treatment rooms, top of the range spa facilities, internal Glass House Brasserie, spacious outdoor decking area offering a variety of spa packages including our signature twilight evenings.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Room Attendant to work within our housekeeping operations. As Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. If you have a strong background in hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

Duties
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with maintenance department for repairs and maintenance needs

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel supervisory is preferential
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Proficient in using computer systems for record keeping
