What You'll Be Doing
As Clinical Services Matron, you will lead, motivate and develop clinical teams across the region, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care for every client. You will maintain high standards of clinical governance, quality and compliance, while driving continuous service improvements to enhance the client experience. Working across multiple treatment centres, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Registered healthcare professional with a relevant clinical qualification
- Leadership experience within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety
- Experience developing and supporting clinical teams
- Ability to travel across regional sites
Desirable
- Experience in sexual and reproductive healthcare
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Experience leading service improvement initiatives
