The Spa at Low Wood Bay is a luxury resort facility in the heart of the Lake District. Responsibilities of Spa Duty Manager

Daily coordination, supervision, development and management of relevant team
Maintain an exceptionally high level of quality and hygiene standard throughout the facility conducting daily inspections of the facilities
To monitor, assess and respond to all customer feedback as necessary
Be present at weekly Managers meetings reporting on the weekly activities & operations
Where applicable develop and implement activities, promotions, events and services across the site
To support the Spa Deputy & Manager in establishing and maintaining a regular programme of training and assessments for your team members.
Maintain Pool Plant operations on a daily basis, adhering to company Health and Safety guidelines and government legislation, at all times providing a safe environment for staff and club users

Requirements of Spa Duty Manager

An innovative and inspiring approach
A warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous supervisory experience - minimum of one year supervisory experience
Preferably Pool Plant experience
Flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours (to include weekends and evenings)
