The Opportunity
As a Spa Experience Duty Manager, you’ll lead from the front—supporting your colleagues, inspiring your team and ensuring every guest enjoys the warm, genuine hospitality that makes Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa so special.
Working closely with the Spa Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll help maintain exceptional standards whilst creating an environment where both guests and colleagues thrive.
What Your Day Could Look Like
Imagine beginning your day overlooking Lake Windermere, catching up with your team before welcoming guests to the Good Spa Guide’s Best Spa in the North West
As the day unfolds, you might be coaching a colleague, supporting the Spa during a busy period, helping resolve a guest enquiry, introducing a new wellness experience or celebrating fantastic guest feedback with your team.
As one of our Spa leaders, you’ll:
· Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
· Lead the day-to-day operation of the Spa, maintaining outstanding standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and safety.
· Be a visible and approachable leader, supporting colleagues, engaging with guests and leading by example.
· Coach and develop your team, helping colleagues build confidence and achieve their potential.
· Work alongside the Spa Manager and Deputy Manager to continually improve our Spa and introduce new ideas.
· Support the delivery of wellness experiences, seasonal events and exciting new initiatives.
· Ensure health, safety and operational procedures are consistently maintained.
· Contribute to the commercial success of the Spa through exceptional leadership and attention to detail.

· Has previous supervisory or management experience within a Spa, hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
